
Pat Cook’s “You Have the Right to Remain Dead,” presented by SVHS Timberwolf Theatre Company opens Friday, November 11 at 7:30pm and runs Saturday 11/12 at 7:30pm and Sunday 11/13 at 2:30pm. This “Whodunit” Audience Mystery will keep you laughing and guessing the whole time! Come join us!

Volleyball state tournament update: Volleyball will play at 1:30 on Wednesday. If we win, we will play at 6:30 that Wednesday evening.

They placed 2nd in WV Region IV tournament today by defeating Hurricane, but falling just short in the championship match to Parkersburg. Great job Volleyball! 🏐🐺🏐

And the volleyball team just keep winning tonight! They have defeated Parkersburg in the first game 25-19 in a best of 5 in the Region IV championship!

Congratulations to Spring Valley football for defeating St. Albans 50-7. The Timberwolves finish the regular season at 8-2 and will host a first round playoff game next weekend.

We want to wish a HUGE congratulations to our JV football team for finishing their season undefeated at 8-0. In fact, our JV football team has only lost one game since 2018!


Congratulations to our Volleyball team for winning the sectional championship last night! They defeated Huntington 3-0 and will advance to the Region IV tournament on Saturday @ Midland.

Ms. Murray’s Civics students construct a board game on how construct and introduce a bill. They utilized CTE equipment in the project lead the way room and the carpentry shop to make the board and pieces!

Ms. Tanner’s students in the GYO future educators program were visited today by Dennis Shatz, former NSTA president, and representatives from Marshall University’s College of Ed. to discuss the importance of informal learning.
